New COVID-19 travel rules took effect for fully vaccinated Canadians on Monday, allowing people returning to the country without having to self-isolate for 14 days. A negative test is required before and when you arrive as well as proof of vaccination. But as Abigail Bimman explains, Canadians are still left with questions about the new rules and when more changes are coming.
