Many industries in B.C. took a huge hit during the pandemic in 2020 but one that still isn’t showing signs of slowing down? Real estate prices. Data provided to Global News showed while the average housing price dipped slightly in April and May, June brought in the pandemic bounce and it hasn’t slowed down since.
