Four members of the same family, three adults and a teenager, were killed when they were struck by a vehicle in London, Ont., on Sunday evening , Chief Steve Williams said on Monday. A second child is in serious, but non-life-threatening condition. Williams said police believe the family was “targeted because of their Islamic faith.”
