May 31, 2021
It has been 100 years since the Tulsa Massacre saw the predominantly-Black neighbourhood of Greenwood in the Oklahoma city heavily damaged by flames and looting by a white mob. Numerous homes, churches and other businesses - including an area referred to as the Black Wall Street - were burned to the ground and up to 300 people are estimated to have been killed.
