Global News has obtained a police report detailing allegations against a man, previously convicted of sexual offences against minors, who appears to have been involved with the Young Athlete Saskatchewan (YAS) camp. Despite the complaint, police in Saskatoon say they didn’t have enough evidence to investigate. As Nathaniel Dove reports, YAS is preparing to open the camp for a new season.
