Johanu Botha, co-lead of Manitoba’s vaccine implementation task force, said on Wednesday that people “with specific health conditions” would be able to begin booking appointments for their second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine starting Friday. He said the province would begin opening appointments for additional groups in the order they received their first dose.
