COVID infections are extremely rare but still possible after vaccination

They’re called ‘breakthrough cases’ – where people catch COVID even after being vaccinated. Only 0.2 percent of cases are ‘breakthrough’, but it’s more reason to continue being careful until everyone has had their shots. Jordan Armstrong has more.
