Texas woman wakes to blood spattering from apartment ceiling fan

El Paso, Texas resident Ana Cardenas was awoken by what she initially thought was water dripping from her ceiling but turned out to be blood spattered around her apartment by a ceiling fan after the neighbour above her, had died from natural causes.
