A two vehicle collision on Reid Street in downtown Peterborough led to traffic tie-ups on Friday morning. Emergency crews were called to the intersection of Reid Street and King Street around 9:50 a.m. When they arrived, they found two vehicles in the intersection with extensive damage. Both drivers were assessed by paramedics at the scene but were not taken to hospital. The cause of the crash remains under investigation by Peterborough police.
