It was declared a public health emergency here in B.C. more than five years ago and tonight we are nowhere near getting ahead of it. The drug overdose crisis continues to claim lives at an alarming rate. A troubling trend that a Kelowna woman who lost two sons to overdoses, says will not change course until governments stop talking and start taking action. Klaudia Van Emmerik
