Ottawa intervenes to avert Port of Montreal strike

More than a thousand employees working at the Port of Montreal, Canada’s second-largest port, are preparing to walk off the job tomorrow over shifts. The strike action could cost the economy millions of dollars a day. As Mike Armstrong reports, Ottawa is intervening to avert an economic disaster.
