Saskatchewan extends restrictions to May 10 due to high COVID-19 hospitalizations

Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe announced Tuesday the extension of the current public health restrictions set to expire on April 26 by two weeks due to high number of COVID-19 hospitalizations – although the province’s 7-day average is dropping due to vaccine rollout. He said restrictions will be reviewed and re-evaluated and urged people to stick to public health measures in place.
