President Joe Biden announced on Wednesday he will withdraw remaining U.S. troops from Afghanistan, as he looks to close out 20 years of U.S. military involvement there. "It’s time for American troops to come home,” Biden said, adding that he plans to pull out all American forces by Sept. 11, 20 years after the deadliest terror assault on the United States.
