After days of mixed messaging, the provincial government announced that schools would close indefinitely for in-person learning following the April break, pushing all teaching to an online model. For educators, it was another hurdle in a year that’s been full of ups and downs. Erin Leonard, President of the Ontario Secondary School Teachers’ Federation District 14 spoke with Global News Morning Peterborough anchor Noor Ibrahim about the issue.
