U.S. President Joe Biden announced on Thursday several executive actions including restrictions on so-called “ghost guns” that are usually assembled from parts and have no serial number. He also announced a 60-day review of stabilizing braces for pistols, one of which was used by the alleged shooter in the Boulder, Colo. shooting last month, and how they are regulated. He also wants model legislation drafted for states to use as guides for laws to prevent those suffering from mental health issues from obtaining a firearm.
