Mother of Quebec teen fatally shot by police hoping for more answers

The mother of a 17-year-old boy shot dead by police is wondering why it has taken the Quebec coroner's office so long to launch an investigation in to her son's death. Riley Fairholm, who was suffering from a mental health crisis, was fatally shot in July, 2018. His mother, Tracy Wing, says she hopes a coroner's inquest will help her move on.
