When asked on Wednesday if lowering PST in Manitoba was still being considered, Premier Brian Pallister said during a briefing on the 2021 budget that it was maybe possible in the future, but “how long in the future remains to be seen.” Pallister added that he believes the province is “at least a few years away from getting back to a balanced situation.”
