COVID-19: Ontario health minister says no stay-at-home order will be used in updated restrictions

Ontario Health Minister Christine Elliott on Thursday said they would not be implementing a stay-at-home order with the “emergency brake” shutdown because they saw the harm the last order had on children and adults, adding they wanted people to enjoy the outdoors safely with warmer weather around the corner.
