Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe detailed the measures that his government plans to take following the decision on Thursday by the Supreme Court of Canada to allow the federal government to impose a so-called “carbon tax” on provinces, which he said includes submitting a proposal for Saskatchewan to design its own carbon pricing system.
