Mustard Seed to leave Lethbridge after rezoning bylaw defeated

After a long and sometimes contentious conversation and vote, a plan for a proposed sober shelter in Lethbridge will not be moving forward. Now, the organization that was trying to get it up and running is withdrawing from the city altogether.
