Fleming College to independently investigate after student dies from COVID-19 variant through outbreak at Severn Court Student Residence

Fleming College in Peterborough is looking for answers in the wake of the tragic death of one of its students.
A 31-year-old man died from a COVID-19 variant tracked back to an outbreak at the nearby, privately owned Severn Court Student Residence.
