Point Roberts citizen told medical appointment not considered essential travel to Canada

No places have been more affected by the U.S.-Canada border closure than Point Roberts. Its citizens rely on health services in Tsawwassen, which until recently have been considered an essential service. But things have changed and that’s causing confusion and in some cases, suffering.
