After declaring an outbreak of COVID-19 at the Cottonwoods Care Centre in Kelowna, the Interior Health Authority has revealed that 35 per cent of the facility`s staff have not been vaccinated against the disease. It's a startling revelation that is raising a number of questions and concerns from the public.
