Ontario will likely face a health-care backlog once the pandemic ends, after the province’s health-care system reached its limits caring for COVID-19 patients, saw procedures postponed and many people opting to not receive the care they need due to the pandemic, said Dalla Lana School of Public Health Dean Dr. Adalsteinn Brown on Thursday.
