Nova Scotia announces tougher restrictions after 10 new COVID-19 cases

On Saturday, new COVID-19 restrictions will go into effect for Nova Scotia, the Halifax Regional Municipality and neighbouring areas. They’re brought on by another disturbing uptick in COVID-19 cases in the province. Elizabeth McSheffrey reports.
