The comments came after the Biden administration released the U.S. assessment of the murder of Jamal Khashoggi. The report said it had assessed that “Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman approved an operation in Istanbul, Turkey to capture or kill” Khashoggi.
