Canada’s Transportation Minister Omar Alghabra on Thursday responded to an auditor general report that found that rail safety hadn’t been fully addressed from a 2013 report. Alghabra accepted the AGs findings and said his department will continue to look at ways of improving rail safety, while providing examples of how the department has progressed.
