Provincial health officer Dr. Bonnie Henry reports 395 cases, along with 10 additional related deaths on Thursday, Feb. 25. Cases in British Columbia dipped below 400 for the first time in more than a week but health officials suggested it will still be sometime before the province eases restrictions.
