City of Kawartha Lakes man charged after alleged assault at off-leash dog park
A City of Kawartha Lakes residents was charged Monday with assault with a weapon. The victim claims the man beat her with a wooden paddle after a scuffle involving their dogs at an off-leash dog park north of Lindsay.
