Concerns growing over COVID-19 vaccination delays in Quebec

The vaccination roll-out has picked up steam in Quebec in the last week. So far only one dose has been administered and the second isn’t expected to be given until March. As Tim Sargeant reports, that’s very concerning for many who are still waiting.
