Social disorder at Calgary Transit not increasing despite rise in dispatch calls

Calgary Transit says the number of calls that transit officers are being dispatched to has increased but it’s because of proactive work. As Jenna Freeman reports, a decrease in ridership means officers have the ability to respond to calls more quickly.
