Cullen Commission testimony on ‘conflicting directions’ from then-minister

The public inquiry into money laundering heard from the former head of the B.C. gaming regulator about how his team and the B.C. Lottery Corporation might have been getting conflicting directions from then Finance Minister Mike de Jong during the 2015 height on money laundering activity.
