Ontario Education Minister Stephen Lecce announced Wednesday the province will begin to reopen all elementary and secondary schools that were still closed on Feb. 8, with the exception of schools in Toronto, Peel and York which will reopen a week later on Feb. 16. Lecce said the decision to reopen was made after deeming it was “safe” to do so.
