Ottawa rolls out plan to produce millions of COVID-19 shots domestically

Ottawa is rolling out plans and funding to start the domestic production of COVID-19 vaccines. A Montreal facility could start production later this year — while Vancouver-based Precision NanoSystems is also now getting on track to manufacture millions of vaccine doses.
