Coronavirus: Manitoba to allow retail stores to sell non-essential goods amid increase in inter-provincial travel

Dr. Brent Roussin, Manitoba’s chief provincial public health officer said on Monday that starting Monday midnight, public health will eliminate the list of essential goods in the northern health region, allowing retail stores to sell non-essential items amid an increase in inter-provincial travel to Winnipeg to buy those non-essential goods.
