Number of fully vaccinated people in Ontario half of what was previously reported

On Wednesday the province reported 305,000 COVID-19 vaccine doses administered, with 96,000 people receiving their second dose. But in reality the number of people who have received their booster shot is only around 55,000. Shallima Maharaj has more on the confusion.
