Biden inauguration: Congressional leaders present flags, portrait to President Joe Biden, VP Kamala Harris

U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell presented President Joe Biden and Vice-President Kamala Harris with flags honouring their swearing-in ceremony on Wednesday. Biden’s flag was the one that flew when he was sworn-in as a senator in 1973. Then, House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy and House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer presented a portrait of Biden and Harris each taking the oath of office.
