Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said on Tuesday that the inauguration of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris on Wednesday will mark a “new chapter” in the relationship between the United States and Canada, and that he’s looking forward to working with the incoming administration and making sure Canada’s concerns are heard and considered regarding the Keystone XL pipeline project.
