Brexit: Johnson says EU and UK to remain close despite leaving the union

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson said on Thursday that the United Kingdom will remain attached to the European Union despite leaving it after both parties finally reached an exit trade deal. He added the UK will remain culturally and historically part of Europe.
