Ontario Premier Doug Ford assailed the federal government for failing to institute COVID-19 testing for international travellers arriving at the province’s airports. Ford’s attack coincided with a 72-hour ban on flights from the United Kingdom. As Seán O’Shea reports, Ottawa says international travellers only account for 1.3 per cent of coronavirus cases.
