Coronavirus: Ontario Premier Doug Ford says without shutdown, Quebecers would be ‘flowing into Ottawa’

Ontario Premier Doug Ford on Monday announced a provincewide shutdown to curb the number of COVID-19 cases that have been rapidly rising in the province, and said it was also needed to stop a flood of people from Quebec travelling to the Ottawa region to avoid lockdown measures in their own province.
