The scope of the cyberattack that affected several U.S. government agency networks is growing, with the president of Microsoft saying the attack spans at least seven countries but 80 per cent of the targets are in the U.S. Russia is the primary suspect in the cyberattack, but investigators say they can't rule out other foreign adversaries. Congress is demanding answers as experts are scrambling to limit the damage.
