GoFundMe supports civilian in Kawartha Lakes collision and police-involved shooting incident

We’re learning more about the civilian driver of a third vehicle involved in the incident on Pigeon Lake Road last month that eventually ended with a police-involved shooting and the death of a one-year-old boy.
As Mark Giunta reports, the family of that other driver has launched a GoFundMe campaign to help him out.
