Coronavirus: Manitoba’s top doctor explains why some at-risk groups won’t get first vaccines

Manitoba’s chief provincial health officer Dr. Brent Roussin explained Thursday why some at-risk groups, such as homeless people and urban Indigenous communities may not have access to the first doses of the COVID-19 vaccine, saying that resources are scarce and that the province is looking at ways to make the greatest impact.
