Coronavirus: Gov. Cuomo touts COVID-19 vaccine as ‘the weapon that is going to win the war’
“This is the weapon that is going to win the war,” New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo told reporters on Thursday, as he showed off a container and vials like the ones that will transport the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine to the state when it is approved. The vaccine has to be kept at a temperature of -70 C (94 F), significantly below the standard for vaccines of 2-8 C (36-46 F) and must be shipped in dry ice.
