Why drive-in church isn’t allowed in Manitoba

Over the weekend, hundreds of cars flocked to Springs Church in Winnipeg for drive-in services in violation of current public health orders. Global’s Amber McGuckin hears from one member of the church, and from the province’s health authorities about why it’s believed such activities are still putting people at risk.
