Ontario's COVID-19 framework features a number of colour-coded zones. The zone you live in may dictate what you can and can’t do, and where you can and can’t shop. That’s sparking concerns that people from "red" zones will travel to "green" and "yellow" zones to take advantage of services that remain open and available.
