Former judge finds Montreal’s archdiocese failed to address red flags in handling of priest’s abuse

A report criticizing the Catholic church’s handling of a former priest’s sexual abuse was released on Wednesday. A former Quebec Superior Court justice found the church ignored complaints against Brian Boucher. As Global’s Tim Sargeant reports, the convicted pedophile is serving an eight-year sentence for sexually assaulting two minors.
