Toronto’s mayor defends provincial pandemic response following auditor general’s report

Following a scathing report on its pandemic response so far, the Ford government was defended by Mayor John Tory. But Toronto’s medical officer of health says adjusting the response is a key part of improving public health impacts. Matthew Bingley reports.
