Coronavirus: Toronto not considering large-scale school shutdown like New York City

Despite being Ontario’s capital city and a COVID-19 hotspot, Toronto has no plans to follow New York City’s move to shut down schools. The Ontario government also doesn’t have immediate plans for similar moves in any other big cities. Mark Carcasole reports.
